Senaman Melayu Perkasa

Do you know how Admiral Hang Tuah and his warship crew remained strong, healthy and mighty while living on board their ship and conquering all the lands that perimeter the Straits that is still named as The Straits Of Malacca until today ? Why wouldn't the Straits be named after the small country if not because of their mighty navy that was headed by a Malay legendary warrior Hang Tuah ?

The above are well-known facts but are there anyone curious enough to ask... "How did they do it ?"

Are we very sure that their techniques or exercises of staying healthy and mighty happened by chance and it had been lost through the sands of time ?

Tangan Melayu ~ Nafas Melayu
Would you be curious to know that actually these exercises had been preserved all these while and hidden away from the general public because the Royalties has the exclusive rights over it ? No wonder, the Sultans and their Princes and Princesses always looked fit and healthy back then. Even some of them seems to possess extra-ordinary power and internal energy that made their humble subjects in awe of them.

We are indeed fortunate to be living in this era of Information. These Traditional Exercises are now accessible and it has given a rather new perspective towards exercises due to its own formulation where the exercises can be customized and one has to perform all the sets in a given sequence. The practioner has full control over how intense the exercise should be because the stances of any given exercise has its own level of approach.
