Recommended Dosage:
To get the most out of the main ingredient that is Butea Superba, you need to take 2 capsules after a light breakfast and 2 capsules before bedtime. Another way is to take 4 capsules about 4 hours before bedtime to get that extra Power !!! But do not take more than 4 capsules per day.
To maintain good health, just have to take 2 capsules after a light breakfast or 2 capsule before bedtime. If you need to overcome the problem of constipation, it is recommended to take 2 capsules before bedtime.
